I create programs that are personalized to your needs. We work together as a team to find the root cause of your chaotic symptoms and concerns. As an FDN-P and CFNC, I use a type of “detective work” that seeks to identify the hidden causes of disease, instead of only treating symptoms. DON’T GUESS, TEST! Using functional state-of-the-art at home lab tests, I can identify healing opportunities and engage each client to opt-in for their own self care. I am here to teach and guide you through the process of health. We will look into your history, symptoms, lifestyle and what have you done so far to correct or help your issues. With this conversation, we can correlate with the labs and questionnaires to come up with a personalized program. Stop settling for the discomfort and imbalances you feel on a daily basis. Energy Nutrition Weight Loss

16 Week Program, Includes 1 lab test Support
This program is a great place to start if you want to gain energy and lose a few inches around the middle. If your symptoms include hormonal issues such as weight gain/loss, fatigue, anxiety, depression, headaches, bloating/discomfort and low sex drive? Then this program is for YOU! I will assess your current health status using a series of questions, health history, main complaints and an HTMA lab test. We can use this information to uncover healing opportunities, restore your energy levels and peel back the layers to health. This program includes results and recommendations/protocol 10 Coaching Sessions via Zoom/phone and an HTMA (Hair Trace Mineral Analysis) which uncovers the mineral imbalances that are causing your fatigue AND this amazing test will give us a look into how well your adrenals, thyroid, and metabolism are functioning and if you are experiencing liver stress and also gives us clues on your stomach acid status. Stomach acid is extremely important for digesting protein. Gathering this information will help me provide you with a mineral balancing program/protocol that is specific to your needs. During this 16 week program, while you are an active client, you will have access to my monthly membership. This membership includes nutrition education, recipes, tips, and more. Note: Includes Qty. 1 ~ HMTA re-test which is recommended every 3-6 months based on the health of the person. This is a re-test with a report only and does not include protocol/recommendations. 24 Week Program, Includes 3 lab test Support
Have you been struggling with symptoms for a while and they won’t seem to go away? Low sex drive, No stamina, sleep issues, headaches, emotional highs/lows, poor workout recovery, weight gain/loss. These complaints could be related to dysregulation of hormones and poor lifestyle choices. If you have tried diets, exercise, made countless trips to the doctor, only to be left with more frustration, this 24 week program is for you! There is no “one size fits all” plan because no one person is the same and everyone's body responds differently. By providing functional at home lab tests, questionnaires and correlation with your main health concerns we can tailor a program to fit your needs. The 3 tests I have chosen for this program are specific to uncovering what may be going on inside your gut, food sensitivities and hair mineral tests.
